摘要 钨钴类硬质合金经硝酸和氢氟酸加热溶解后,赶尽溶液中的氟离子,大量的钨以钨酸状态析出而预以分离。采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定溶液中钴的含量。选择次灵敏线241.3 nm作为测定波长。钴的质量浓度在70.0 mg·L^(-1)以内与吸光度呈线性关系。方法用于测定硬质合金样品中钴含量,测定结果与国家标准方法(电位滴定法)测定值相符。 The sample of W-Co hard alloy product was dissolved by heating in a mixture of HNOa and HF and the F- ion in sample solution was driven out completely and a large amount of W separated by precipitation as tungstic acid. The content of Co in the solution was determined by FAAS using the sub-sensitive line of 241.3 nm as spectral analytical line. Linear relationship between values of absorbance and mass concentration of Co was kept in the range within 70. 0 mg· L-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of Co in samples of hard alloy products, and the results obtained were in consistency with those obtained by the potentiometric method described in GB.
