摘要
基于在盐酸介质中,一定量的溴化钾存在下,当溴酸根氧化吖啶橙时使其荧光猝灭,提出了荧光猝灭法测定饮用水中溴酸根的方法。在激发波长493 nm,发射波长528 nm条件下,体系的荧光强度降低值△F与溴酸根的质量浓度在10.0~560.0μg·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,方法检出限(3S/N)为3.03μg·L^(-1)。方法用于纯净水和桶装水中溴酸根的测定,回收率在94.0%~107%之间。
Based on the fluorescence quenching effect produced by oxidation of acridine orange with BrO3- in the presence of KBr in a HC1 medium, a method for the determination of trace amount of BrOa in drinking water was proposed. Linear relationship between magnitude of decrease in fluorescence intensity (AF) and mass concentration of BrO3- was kept in the range of 10. 0--560. 0μg · L-1, when measured at (λex) 493 nm and (λem) 528 nm, Value of detection limit (3S/N) found was 3. 03 μg · L-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of hromate in purified water and harrded water, giving values of recovery by standard addition method in the range of 94.0%-107%.
