重视强直性脊柱炎关节外表现的诊治 被引量：13

摘要 强直性脊柱炎（ankylosingspondylitis，AS）是一种慢性炎症性疾病，主要侵犯骶髂关节、脊柱等中轴关节，也可出现外周关节受累和关节外表现。长期以来，诊断AS主要依据脊柱关节表现，治疗上也大都关注脊柱关节病变而忽视了关节外表现。事实上，
