汽车仪表通用终检台的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前汽车仪表终检主要依靠人工或专用检测设备,检测效率和准确度较低,不能满足汽车仪表大批量、多品种生产需求等问题,设计并实现了汽车仪表通用终检台;利用CAN卡进行仪表在线仿真;利用运动控制算法,控制三轴机器人及夹具进行仪表指针自动压装;利用CCD彩色相机采集仪表图像,通过机器视觉算法进行仪表指针校准及检测、LED颜色及亮度检测等视觉检测;利用数据采集等板卡进行功能测试;应用结果证明,该设备稳定可靠,极大提高了检测效率和测试准确度。 At present final-inspection for automobile instrument rely on operator and special tester, so the efficiency and accuracy of test can not fulfil the mass-production and test for many kinds of production. To overcome the confliction,a general final-inspection platform is designed. The general final-inspection platform fulfil online simulation for instrument by CAN card, it control robot and fixture to automatically insert instrument needle through motion-control arithmetic;it acquire image of instrument by CCD camera, calibrate and test instrument needle, test LED color and lure; it fulfil function test by DAQ card. The results of implement indicate that the general end of line test platform is steady and reliable, and it can improve the efficiency and accuracy of test.
