胃癌手术值得关注的问题
摘要
2008年全球肿瘤统计报告显示．胃癌在全球范围内发病率为第4位，死亡率居第2位，每年因胃癌死亡的患者将近74万。我国胃癌患者约占全球胃癌患者的42％，其发病率居恶性肿瘤第2位，死亡率亦居第2位。近20年来，尽管胃癌的诊治取得了较大进步，但对于不同分期、不同类型的胃癌如何彻底根治、如何选择最佳的手术重建方式以改善术后生活质量，仍然是目前临床讨论的热点问题。
