30例转移性骨肿瘤姑息性放疗后爆发痛分析
摘要
骨转移是恶性肿瘤常见的并发症，尤其是在乳腺癌、肺癌、前列腺癌。骨转移常引起骨相关事件，如高钙血症、病理性骨折、脊髓压迫症等，严重影响患者的生活质量。其中约50％～70％的患者伴有疼痛。姑息性放疗能有效缓解骨转移引起的疼痛和相关症状，放疗后2／3的患者疼痛缓解，约1／4能完全缓解。
