摘要
面对加入世贸组织的前景，分析了我国施工企业与国外的差距，认为主要差距存在于工程管理方面，这种差距又突出表现在工程的成本意识、赢利途径、动态监控以及复合型人才、现代企业制度和接轨环境等重点上。
In view of China's optimistic prospect on entry into WTO, the gap between China's construction enterprises and foreign enterprises is analyzed. It is thought that the gap is chown in engineering man- agement, which is more obviously in following points: awareness of proect cost, profit - gaining chan- neL dynamic supervision, composite' talents, modern enterprise system and the environment for matching with international practices.
