摘要
磁敏感加权成像是一个新近发展起来的MR成像技术,它对显示静脉血管、血液成分(如出血后各期代谢产物)、铁沉积等非常敏感。腔隙性脑梗死是指发生在大脑深部的小动脉闭塞,约占缺血性脑梗死的四分之一。随着影像学技术的发展,现在能够更加准确和更加快速地发现腔隙性梗死灶。同时还发现脑微出血与腔隙性脑梗死有很密切的关系,利用磁敏感加权成像技术能够更精确地发现这些微出血灶,从而对患者的治疗方案,预后评估产生重要影响。
Susceptibility-weighted imaging(SWI) is a new neuroimaging technique. The most obvious advantage of SWI is its excellent visualization of the intracranial vein structures, blood products and iron deposition. Lacunar infarctions result from occlusion of a single penetrating artery and account for one quarter of cerebral infarctions. With the development of radiology in recent years, the diagnosis of lacunar infarctions is more and more sensitive and specific. While at the same time, we found that the cerebral microbleedings have a strong relationship with lacunar infarctions, which are not only effect on the treatment, but also can change the prognosis of the patient. And the SWI can find these microbleedings with more accuracy.
