摘要
我国消费者权益保护制度的根本目的在于保护消费者的合法权益、规范经营者的经营行为、促进社会主义市场经济的良性发展。随着经济社会深刻而全面的发展,消费者的法治意识、权利意识、规范意识渐愈强烈。在安全消费、称心消费、满意消费、自由消费成为普遍社会意识的背景下,消费者对自身权益的保护愈加关注和重视,这必然会促使我国现有消费者权益保护制度的与时俱进,并作出调整和革新,以适应消费者的需求,同时为构建和谐消费关系提供强有力的制度保障。
The fundamental aim of consumer protection system is to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and regulate the conduct of the operators, as well as promote the sound development of the socialist market economy. With the deep and comprehensive development of economic and society , consumer awareness of the law, rights and the standard become more intense. The protection of consumers on their rights in the context of consumer safety, consumer satisfaction become a common social consciousness with more concern and at- tention, which is bound to promote our existing consumer protection system keeping pace with the times and make adjustments and innovation to meet consumer demand, as well as provide a strong institutional guarantee for building a harmonious consumer relation.
