摘要
文化创意产业既是一种集文化、思想、精神、创意和知识要素的高端产业形态,更是世界产业升级发展和经济增长的全新潮流。江苏文化创意产业发展速度快、集聚程度高、重点行业发展突出,形成了各具特色的区域品牌,但也存在比重偏低、产业同质化和龙头企业带动效应不明显等问题。发展江苏文化创意产业的总体策略是实施创新驱动战略,引导产业园区差异化发展,实施创意人才培养和引进工程,培育一批有影响力的知名品牌和龙头企业。
The cultural and creative industries is not only a high-end industry including culture,thoughts, spirit,creativeness and knowledge, but also the world new trend of the industrial upgrade and economic growth. The advantages of the cultural and creative industries in Jiangsu are: its development is fast, concentration degree is high, the development of key industries is outstanding and various regional brands are existing. While there are some problems: the proportion is a little low, industrial homogeneity and leading enterprise promoting effect is not obvious. So the overall strategy to develop Jiangsu cultural and creative industry is to carry out innovative drive strategy, guide every industrial park to develop in different ways, train and introduce a variety of creative talents, cultivate a group of influential well-known brands and the leading enterprises.
