美国次贷危机国内外理论研究和实证研究文献综述

次贷危机发生后,国内外许多学者对此进行了反思,当前这类文献很多,对此进行梳理、分类和总结,具有重要的现实意义和理论意义。目前,国内只有少量关于美国次贷危机成因综述的文章。为此,本文搜集了国内外大量文献,从理论研究和实证研究角度,对美国次贷危机研究文献进行综合分析,为研究金融危机的学者提供参考和借鉴。

Scholars from all over the world have continuously made all kinds of presumptions after the sub- prime crisis broke out. They have sorted, classified and summarized their opinions and brought them into hun- dreds of literature reviews, which, mush means a lot pragmatically and theoretically. But China still lacks promi- nent works in this respect. So it comes as a result that the author of this essay, inspecting from the angles of the- oretical studies and empirical studies, has referred to a great number of literature reviews and highly generalized the causes of the sub-loan crisis in the US in the article. Finally, it is not exaggerating to say this essay can act as a reference and an example for the scholars who are studying the issues about financial crisis.
