针对提馏段特点、物性和要求开发了 NS导向提馏塔板 ,对其结构特点和性能作了介绍 ,分析了这种塔板上气液两相流动状态和特有的导向推液作用。实验结果表明 ,NS导向提馏塔板效率比浮阀塔板提高 1 6 %～ 30 %。并对 NS导向提馏塔板的工业应用作了介绍。
