摘要
随着原油品质的恶化 ,渣油中的硫及金属杂质含量增加 ,气化炉中激冷环的腐蚀问题已严重威胁了生产的安稳运行 ,其失效的原因是激冷环材料不能抗 1 0 0 0℃以上介质的腐蚀和腐蚀疲劳 ,用激冷环隐蔽技术解决该问题是可行的。
With the degrading of petroleum quality and increasing of sulfur and metals content impurity in the non distillate oil, corrosion problem of the quenching ring in the gasifire has variously threatened the safely and stability of production,as the material of the quenching ring can not resist corrosion and corrosion fatigue when the temperature is over 1 000 ℃ It is possible to solve this problem by means of concealment of the quenching ring
