该文基于大量调研苏河湾地区的实地与文字资料,从基地概况、地区优势等项目背景入手对现状的特征进行定位。通过对规划编制、土地使用、地区发展定位等情况的分析,解读了地区规划理念,提出了从区域使命解析、产业规划强化、各类规划完善、土地储备协同几方面来提升该地区的功能布局。

Based on a great lot of field and writing data of Suhewan Area,the article orientates the status character from the project background of base survey and areal superiority.The article illustrates the planning idea of the area by the analysis of planning compilation,land use and area development orientation,and puts forward the advancement of functional layout of this area from the analysis of area mission,the enhancement of industrial planning,the perfection of each planning and the coordination of land reserve.
