浅析长距离越野矿浆管道的泄漏检测定位系统 被引量:3

摘要 为实现对长距离越野矿浆输送管道的泄漏进行检测并定位,阐述了国内外矿浆输送管道泄漏检测定位方法及其应用现状,重点研究了负压波泄漏检测与定位算法在实际中的应用。尤其对负压波定位公式中需要的首站、压力监测站及尾站压力拐点的时间差,即各站压力下降的拐点寻找进行了比较深入的研究与分析。在此基础上设计了一套基于SCADA系统的泄漏检测系统,给出了系统的总体组成结构、各部分功能及数据处理原理。 For sake of detecting on pipeline leak for long leak detecting and locating methods for slurry pipeline at-distance slurry transportation and positioning, the home and abroad and its application situation were briefly analyzed. Research highlight on practical application of negative pressure wave leak detection and positio-ning algorithm was given. Especially in - deep investigation and analysis on time difference of pressure inflection point at first station, pressure monitoring station and end station required in negative pressure wave positioning formula, that is inflection point finding of pressure drop at each station, were carried out. On that basis, one set of leak detection system based on SCADA system was designed. Main assembly structure of the system, function of all parts and data treatment principle were provided.
