摘要
采暖工程的优劣取决于设计、施工和运行管理诸环节的综合质量水平。目前,由于缺少环节间的相互了解和运行效果的信息反馈,工程整体质量水平难以提高。对此,通过分析其原因并提出优化改进意见。
The good and bad of heating project depend on its overall quality levels of each of links such as de-sign, construction and operation management. At present, for lack of mutual understanding between links and information feedback of operation effect, it is hard to improve the whole quality levels of the project. Withal, some optimized and improved suggestions were made by analyzing the reasons.
