摘要 目前TMCP技术广泛应用于钢铁领域。经过TMCP技术加工的钢材,其综合机械性能得到改善,提高了材料的强度、韧性以及焊接性,但与此同时该工艺会造成声学性能发生较小的变化,其对声速的影响可能会造成探头声束角度的改变。在对该焊接接头进行超声波检测时,探头折射角和材料声速发生改变将会对缺陷定位、定量产生一定的误差。为了减小误差,需要对其进行修正,达到对缺陷准确的定位定量。 Nowadays TMCP technology is widely used in steel industry. After the TMCP steel processing technology, the mechanical properties of steel can be improved, such as material strength, toughness and weld ability, but at the same time this process will result in minor changes in the acoustic performance and the impact on the speed of sound may cause the probe beam angle changes. In the ultrasonic testing of welded joints, the angle of refraction and the material velocity probe change shall result in some errors in the defect location. In order to reduce these errors, some amendments are needed to achieve accurate positioning of the defect quantification.
