摘要
本文中设计并介绍了一种新型的三位四通液压转阀,其主要应用于自卸车。通过齿轮齿条传动、弹簧复位等方式结合来控制中心阀芯,从而实现三位四通。可以不停供油、安全实现中停,解决了原有的液压转阀与软轴配合手动使用时,不能大角度地直线拉动和推动的弊端,同时也解决了原有滑柱式换向阀对油品净化要求苛刻,制造成本和故障率高的问题。
On this article, a new type of three-position four-way hydraulic valve was described. It mainly used in dumper track. By the incorporation of gear rack transmission and spring returning we control the spool, then the equipment we described could achieve three-position four-way. It can keep oil supply, stop safely, solve that when the original valve works, we can' t push-and-pull it in large angle and line. And then it also solves the problem of that the strut type valve need high quality of oil, high cost and high failure rate.
