摘要
以聚合氯化铁(PFC)、无水碳酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺为原料,采用不同的交联剂制备出具有不同聚合氯化铁的碱化度(B)和不同聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺(EPI-DMA)质量分数(m(Fe)/m(E))的聚合氯化铁-聚环氧氯丙烷胺(PFC-EPI-DMA)无机-有机复合混凝剂,用其对模拟印染污水进行处理。研究了不同投加量、溶液pH下,复合混凝剂的碱化度和m(Fe)/m(E)对其脱色效果的影响,确定了复合混凝剂处理模拟印染污水时的投加量和pH值范围。
In this paper, using polyferric chloride (PFC), natrium carhonicum calcinatum, disodium hydrogen phosphate, epoxy chloropropane and dimethylamine as raw materials, a novel inorganic-organic composite coagulant (PFC-EPI DMA) with dif(ereat hasicity andmass proportion of polyepichlorohydrin-dimethylamine (m(Fe)/m(E)) was prepared with different crosslinking agent. Subsequently, the composite PFC-EPI-DMA was applied for the coagulation and sedimentation treatment of a simulated dyeing wastewater. The influence of basieity andm (Fe) /m (E) ratio on the decoloration efficiency of PFC-EPI-DMA was investigated as a function of coagulant dosage and solution initial pH. Simultaneously, the coagulant dosage range and pH range were determined during the simulated dyeing wastewater treatment using PFC-EPI-DMA.
