摘要
为了获得不同的激光发散角,在激光发射光路中设计了一种调整激光扩束镜位置的机构。该机构以带有精密丝杠和高精度滑轨的直线移动台作为直线运动轨道,利用直线位移传感器作为位置控制元件,实现激光扩束镜位置变换和精确定位。在介绍激光发射系统工作原理的基础上,给出了换位机构的设计方案、定位精度检测方法及检测结果。结果表明,该机构的重复定位误差不大于1.2″,具有结构简单、成本低、定位精度高等特点,可以在工程实际中推广使用。
In order to obtain the different laser divergence angle, it designs one kind of adjustment laser beam expander position in the laser transmission path of rays the organization.The structure realizes the laser beam expander evolution and pinpoint by using linear moving platform as linear motion rail with precision lead screw and high accuracy slide rail, and use linear displacement sensor as position control element.In the introduction laser transmission system principle of work's foundation, it has given the transposition mechanism design proposal, the pointing accuracy examination meth- od and the test result.The result indicates that this organization's repeated position error is not bigger than 1.2, and this organization has the simple structure, the low cost, the high pointing accuracy characteristic, it may actually pro- mote the use in the project.
