摘要
超短接触反应器具有气固停留时间短、气固径向分布均匀以及轴向返混小等特点。分析了提升管反应器及管式炉裂解工艺的不足之处 ,在详细综述超短接触反应器工程基础研究的基础上展望了其工业应用。
The quick-contact reactor have several distinct advantages such as short resident time, more uniform gas-solid flow, and reduced axial backmixing. In this paper the shortcomings of riser and pyrolysis furnace are analyzed. Based on summarizing fundamental research of the quick-contact reactor, the authors forecast the applications of the reactor in industry.
