摘要
提出一种线阵CCD的成像系统的新方法,该方法的基本原理是采用模块化设计方案,由各个分立元器件搭建了CCD成像分析系统,对CCD探测器输出的模拟信号的幅值、偏压、增益、积分时间等关键参数进行控制和处理,最终得到量化后的图像数据。文章详细论述了系统结构、工作原理及FPGA硬件驱动设计,并对影响系统测试的主要问题来源进行了研究。
A new method for a linear CCD imaging system based on the principle of modular design is proposed in the paper by each division components built CCD imaging analysis system, to control and process key parameters of the CCD detector output analog signal such as amplitude, bias after image data.This paper discusses the system structure , gain, integral and so on.Finally obtain the quantification of working principle and FPGA hardware drive design, and an alyzes the influence of the main source system test problems
