摘要
利用活化剂来改变石油分散体系的性质 ,以改善石油液体沸腾时的气相形成条件 ,可以强化常减压蒸馏过程 ,提高轻质油的收率和质量 ,这对炼油新技术的开发以及解决石油市场的供需矛盾、提高柴汽比均具有重要的意义。通过对国内外在这方面研究成果的总结与分析 ,指出了强化蒸馏技术的关键性问题 ,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
Atmospheric and vacuum distillation process of crude oil can be intensified by adding the activators into the crude oil because the activators can adjust the petroleum dispersion system into the active state under which the light components in the crude oil can transform easily into gas phase from liquid one when the petroleum liquid is boiling. Therefore, this technology can not only increase the yield of light distillates but also improve their quantities in the crude oil distillation, which is very important to develop the new oil refining technology and resolve the contradiction of supplying and demand in the fuel market. In this paper, some advances in theory and practice in intensifying atmospheric and vacuum distillation process of the crude oil are briefly reviewed. At the same time, the paper both reveals many pivotal problems on the intensifying distillation process and predicts its trend in the future.
