摘要
为了提高光电编码器细分精度,提出基于移相器的光电轴角编码器信号相位自动补偿方法。此方法利用数字电位器代替传统移相器中手动调节电阻器,并利用FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)控制数字电位器改变阻值,实现相位自动补偿的目的。实验结果表明,该方法有效提高了光电编码器测量精度,实时补偿性好。
A method to automatically compensate the signal phase for photoelectric encoder base on phase shifter is provied. This method carries the automatic compensation of signal phase by using FPGA ( Field Programmable Gate Array) to control digital polentiometers which replace the traditional method of using manual changing resistance .The design principles; hardware circuit and algorithm are introduced simply. The tested results show that this method is ef- fective to improve the measurement accuracy of optical encoder, and a good real-time compensatory.
