催化裂化是炼油厂中一个重要的加工工艺 ,所排出的废催化剂目前国内多数采用填埋法处理 ,不仅容易污染环境 ,而且浪费资源。探讨了催化剂失活的原因 ,介绍了催化剂再生、用废催化剂精制石蜡及精制FCC柴油等利用方法 ,对我国废催化剂的处理具有一定的参考价值。

The spent catalyst from FCC units is buried in most refineries .The method may pollute environment and waste of The catalyst.The reason why FCC catalyst would lost its activity is discussed in the paper and there are three methods proposed for treating:catalyst regeneration, refining wax; refining FCC diesel oil.
