水净化处理用多孔玻璃纤维的研制

摘要 研制出Na2O-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2系统玻璃,拉制成一定直径的玻璃纤维,经过热处理分相、酸溶、水洗、烘干,得到了气孔率为25%左右的多孔玻璃纤维。利用多孔玻璃纤维制成的玻璃纤维棉或毡的孔隙的过滤作用,以及纤维内微孔的吸附特性,进行了水中浊度去除效果试验,实验数据表明,水样浊度在9.65~10.90NTU范围内时,利用多孔玻璃纤维处理后浊度去除率在85%以上,达到GB5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》中的要求,因此本文中制备的多孔玻璃纤维可作为良好的水净化处理材料。 The glass fiber with certain diameter was prepared using the Na20-AI20^-B^O3-SiO2 system glass. The po- rous glass fiber with porosity of about 20-25% was prepared through the phase separation, acid treatment, washing and drying processes, reopectively. The measurement results show that when the water turbidity in 9.65 - 10.90NTU, the turbidity removal rate is over 85% handled by the porous glass fiber, which is meet with the requirement of the GB5749-2006 'hygienic standard for domestic drinking water'. Therefore the porous glass can be used as the material for water purification treatment.
