摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法对矿石中锡分析方法进行了研究,对仪器分析测试条件及方法的准确度、精密度、检出限作了相应的讨论。通过实验研究表明本方法准确、可靠,操作简便、快速。
Tin in ore is analyzed by Plasma Diret-reading Spectrometry （ICP-AES） . The method has been applied to the analysis of Tin in national standard reference sampl. The results show that this method is accuracy and reliable, and also has the characteristics of simple and quick operation.
