介绍了两段提升管重油催化裂化装置反再、分馏系统的防焦改造情况。主要措施为:在沉降器过渡段,旋分料腿下段增设一层沉降器挡焦格栅;一段提升管加长7.1 m,将新鲜原料在提升管中的反应时间从1.4 s提高到2 s,以提高原料的单程转化率;在一再密相内增加提高烧焦效果的Crosser格栅,使再生器流化床中的大气泡破裂成小气泡,由此提高氧的相间扩散面积,增加氧碳接触效率,提高一再内的烧焦强度;将分馏塔底1~4层ADV浮阀塔盘更换为ADV固定阀塔盘。改造后,干气产率增加0.03个百分点,LPG上升0.20个百分点,汽油增加0.68个百分点,柴油减少0.34个百分点,油浆增加0.59个百分点,焦炭下降1.17个百分点,总液体收率增加1.14个百分点。
The coking prevention in the reactor and regenerator systems and fractionator of 2-stage riser RFCC unit was introduced. The unit was revamped based upon the major causes of coking. The main measures taken in the revamping were as follows: a coke preventing grid is installed in the settler under the dipleg of cy- clone separator; The 1 st-stage riser was extended by 7.1 meter and the reaction time of fresh feed inside the riser reactor was prolonged from 1.4 seconds to 2 seconds to increase the single-pass conversion of feedstock ; The Crosser grid was provided in the dense bed of 1 st regenerator to improve the coke burning rate ; The 1-4 layers of ADV float valve trays were replaced with ADV fixed valve trays. After revamping, the dry gas make is increased by 0.03% , LPG is raised by 0. 20% , gasoline is increased by 0.68% , diesel is reduced by 0.34% and oil slurry is increased by 0.59, coke make is lowered by 1.17% and total liquid yield is increased by 1.14%.
