TBL教学法结合影像诊断思维在医学影像学教学中的应用

On the Application of TBL Teaching Model Combined with Imaging Diagnostic Thinking to Medical Imaging Teaching

TBL教学模式是为适应现代医学教育而引进的一种新型的医学教学方法。本文针对在医学院校医学影像教学中试行TBL教学法及影像思维教学,对传统教学过程转变为"教师为主导,学生为主体"的教学模式的必要性和可行性进行了分析,并阐述TBL教学法及影像诊断思维概念。TBL教学模式结合影像诊断思维明显提高了学生学习的主动性和团队合作精神,以及运用和掌握知识的能力。

TBL teaching model is a new teaching method for modem medical education. This paper will analyze the necessity and feasibility of trialling TBL teaching method combined with imaging diagnostic thinking in medical imaging teaching to change conventional teaching process into ＂teacher-oriented, student-centered＂ teaching model. Meanwhile execution program and operational experience and imaging diagnostic thinking will also be illustrated. TBL has significantly improved students＇motivation,sense of collaboration, and capacity for practical application of acquired knowledge.
