目的探讨临床药师促进临床合理用药的工作模式。方法结合临床药师深入临床工作的情况,总结开展临床药学的工作经验。结果临床药师为临床医护人员提供了合理用药帮助,有利于提高医院整体的医疗服务水平。结论临床药师深入临床可促进临床用药更加安全、有效、经济、合理,但是仍需进一步学习与提高,以便更好地服务于临床。

Objective To explore the work model of clinical pharmacist promoting rational use of drug. Methods To combined with the work of clinical pharmacist and to summarize the practice and experience of clinical pharmacy. Results Clinical pharmacist provides rational use of drug for the doctors and improves the whole hospital medical service level. Conclusions Clinical pharmacist can make medication therapy more safety, effective, economic and reasonable, But still need study hard in order to provide better service for the doctors.
