临床生殖异常患者外周血染色体核型分析

Clinical Analysis of Peripheral Blood Chromosome Karyotype Among the Abnormal Pregnant Patient

目的通过对生殖异常患者染色体核型的分析,探讨两者之间的关联。方法对718名生殖异常患者进行外周血淋巴细胞培养,制备染色体标本,作G显带检查后进行分析。结果 718名患者共检出异常核型51名,检出率为7.1%,高于正常人群体的检出率。结论染色体核型异常是不良孕育或不孕不育的原因之一,对产前诊断和优生遗传有诊断意义。

Objective To analyse abnormal chromosomal karyotype patients and discuss the relationship between the two. Methods G bank analyzing karyogram of the circulation lymphocyte＇s chromosomes of 718 reproduction abnormality patients. Results Fifihy-one of 718 cases of patients are abnormal chromosome karyotypes, higher than normal group detection rate. Conclusion Chromosome abnormality is one of the important factors resulting in infertility, can give a clue for prediagnosis and heredity healthy.
