摘要
目的观察麻杏石甘汤加味治疗妊娠期流感的疗效以及对孕妇和胎儿的影响。方法妊娠期流感患者100例随机分为2组,治疗组55例,对照组45例。对照组采用西医对症处理,合并感染者给予青霉素800万U静脉滴注,3d为1个疗程;治疗组在对照组的基础上给予麻杏石甘汤加味,头煎300ml,次煎200ml,早晚分服,3d为1个疗程。结果病人持续发热、症状消失及住院时间比较,治疗组显著少于对照组(P<0.01);先兆流产发生率治疗组少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论麻杏石甘汤有抗流感作用,且对孕妇无不良影响。
Objective To observe the effect of Maxingshigan decoction on treating Pregnancy flu and the influence for pregnant woman and the embryo. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 55 in the treating group and 45 in the control group. Control group were treated with Symptomatic treatments and the patients, which were infected, were treated with Penicillin(8 x 106U) by dropping in vein for there days. Treatment group were treated with Symptomatic treatments and Maxingshigan decoction (first decoction for 300ml, second decoction for 200ml, take the medicine in the morning and in the evening)for there days. Results With regard compare the endurance of fever, appearance of symptoms, and hospital stays, treatment group were significantly shorter than control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), incidence of threatened abortion in treatment group were lower than control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) . Conclusion Maxingshigan decoction has the effect of anti-influenza and has no side effects to pregnant women
