摘要
从微生物生长动力学出发,得到了微生物新陈代谢表达式和生长方程;在物质平衡原理基础上建立了微生物运移、基质浓度分布和代谢产物浓度分布方程;在研究微生物与油藏流体作用基础上,得到了微生物作用引起流体性质变化的我度方程和毛管力方程;在考虑岩石对微生物吸附条件下,得到了油层孔隙度、渗透率、流体饱和度变化方程;以黑油模型为基础,得到了油、气、水渗流方程。该模型基本包括了微生物驱油过程中发生的生物、化学、岩石流体物性、渗流等现象,可用于微生物驱油的油藏数值模拟计算,预测微生物驱油过程中菌体的生长、运移及提高采收率程度。参7(雷光伦摘)
Based on the kinetics of Ancrobial growth, the equtions of microbial growth, nutrient consumption and metaboites production have been set up. According to the equation of material balance,the transport phenomena of microbes, nutrients, and metabolites in porous media are deseribed. For black oil reservoirs a threedimension, three-phase, multiple-species mathematical model has been develoed. This model can be used to simulate bactchal growth, metabolism and transport, simulate porosity,permeability, pressure and saturation changes. This is a comlicatal mathematical model for microbial flooding.
