人性化护理在LEEP刀治疗宫颈疾病中的应用体会

Humane Care in the LEEP Knife Treatment of Cervical Disease in the Application Experience

目的探讨人性化护理在门诊LEEP刀中的作用及效果。方法将100例患者分50例为干预组,50例为对照组,对照组实施常规的LEEP刀护理,干预组除常规的护理外再加系统的人性化整体护理。结果所有患者在治疗过程中的痛苦小,及恐惧心理及术后出血、感染等症状明显减轻,无严重并发症的发生,提高了患者的满意度。结论人性化护理是整体的有效的护理模式,提供以人为本的整体护理,使患者在心理上能够获得安全感,为手术的顺利进行创造了良好条件,明显降低了手术时疼痛的不适,减少术中出血,降低了并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the humanistic nursing in outpatient LEEP knife in the role and effect. Methods 100 patients were divided into intervention groupS0 cases,50 cases as control group, the control group implemented routine LEEP knife care, nursing group in addition to routine care plus system humanistic holistic nursing care. Results All patients during treatment with less pain, and fear and postoperative bleeding, infection and other significant relief of symptoms, without serious complications, improves patient satisfaction. Conclusion Humanistic nursing is the overall effective models of care, providing people-oriented holistic nursing care, so that patients are mentally able to gain a sense of security, as the operation carried out smoothly and create favorable conditions, significantly reduces the operation when pain discomfort, reduce intraoperative bleeding, reducing complications
