摘要
经过多年的理论探讨和实践,高等医学教育质量监控工作取得了可喜的成效。但是,目前高等医学教育质量评价存在许多缺陷,还基本处于过程管理型监控阶段,其监控效果往往流于浮泛,不尽人意。高等医学教育质量评价体系的构建应以科学性、系统性、全面性和实效性四个原则为指导,要注重开展五项研究、实现两个转变、抓住一个中心,不但要重视教育质量评价的管理功能,而且要更为重视教育质量评价的引导和推动功能,以实现真正有效地提升人才培养质量。
After years of theoretical study and practice, the higher medical education quality monitoring has obtained delectable result. However, at present the higher medical education quality evaluation has many defects. The higher medical education quality evaluation system should be constructed according to four principles: scientific, systematic, comprehensive and effective. It should focus on five study, implement two change and hold to a center, should not only attach importance to the management function of education quality evaluation, but also pay more attention to the guiding and promoting function of education quality evaluation, in order to achieve truly promoting the quality of personnel training.
