摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定小儿咳喘口服液中绿原酸的含量。方法 AgelaPromosilC18(250mm×4mm,5μm)分析柱,流动相为乙腈∶1%冰醋酸(11∶89),流速为1.0ml*min-1,检测波长为327nm。结果绿原酸与其他组分分离良好。线性范围为0.1032~1.032μg,相关系数r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为98.93%(RSD=0.4%)。结论本法简便、准确可靠,可用于该药的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of pediatric Kechuan oral liquid on the content of chlorogenic acid. Methods Agela Promosil C18(250mm×4mm,5μm) column, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -1% glacial acetic acid (11 : 89), the flow rate was 1.0ml.min ^-1, the detection wavelength was 327 nm. Results Chlorogenic acid and other components were separated well. The linear range was 0.1032- 1.032pg, the correlation coefficient r-=0.9998, the average recovery rate was 98.93% (RSD= 0.4%). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of drugs.
