摘要
研究了不同的反应器型式对乙烯酮氯化合成氯乙酰氯反应的影响 ,筛选出适宜的反应器型式为带夹套填料塔式反应器。在此基础上确定了空塔气速和反应负荷的取值范围。
In order to synthesize chloroacetyl chloride with ketene and chlorine, the effect of different reactors on synthesizing reaction were studied. As a result, a packing tower with a jacket was selected as the optimum reactor. On this base, the range of gas speed in vacant tower and reaction load was decided.
