聚乙烯接枝丙烯酰胺及与聚氯乙烯复合研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究聚乙烯与丙烯酸股单体接枝反应。探讨反应条件对接枝率的影响,以及接枝率与吸湿率的关系;用红外光谱和扫描电镜对接枝物结构进行表征;研究接枝物及聚氯乙烯复合量对共混物拉伸强度的影响_结果表明.接枝率为10%,聚氯乙烯复合量为30%时,共混物具有较高的拉伸强度。 A study was made on the graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto polyethylene. The effects of the reaction conditions on the graft degree and the relation between the gratt degree and the moisture absorption were investigated. The graft copolymer structure was characterized by infrared spectrum and SEM. The effects of grafting degree and polyvinyl chloride content on the tensile strength of the blend were studied. The results showed that when the grafting degree was about 10% and polyvinyl chloride content was 30% , the blend system had a better tensile strength.
