摘要
在Brabender单螺杆挤出机上用狭缝型毛细管流变口模测试硅烷接枝高密度聚乙烯体系的加工流变特征。实验表明,硅烷交联聚乙烯为假塑性流体,配方的变化对其流变性有较大影响,引发剂、催化剂含量增加,熔体粘度增大;硅烷用量增加,熔体粘度先增后减,出现一个极值。
The work determing the rheologic properties of silane-g-HDPE through an on-line slit rheometer was carried out on a Bra-bender PLD - 651 Plasti-corder. The research revealed that silane-crosslinkable polyethylene melts behaved as pseudo-plastic fluids and changes in formulations greatly affected the rheologic properties: Viscosity increasing with the content of initiator and catalyzer. The melt viscosity has a maximum value with the increasing of content of silane.
