摘要
采用偶联剂、通过原位分散聚合法制得了环氧树脂 /纳米二氧化硅 (nano SiO2 )复合材料。探讨了偶联剂的用量对复合材料性能的影响 ,利用拉伸试验、冲击试验、扫描电镜、热失重分析等方法研究了加与不加偶联剂的复合材料的结构和性能。结果表明 :在偶联剂的作用下 ,nano SiO2 较均匀地分散在环氧树脂基体中 ,有效地增加了环氧树脂的强度及韧性 。
With the help of coupling agent,epoxy/nano SiO 2 composites are prepared by in situ dispersion polymerization.Amount of coupling agent for the composite is probed. Structure and mechanical properties of the composite with coupling agent and without are studied by tensile and impact tests,SEM and TGA.Results indicate that nano SiO 2 is distributed in epoxy resin matrix homogeneously when coupling agent is present,the mechanical properties and thermostability of the composites are improved efficiently.
