摘要
目的:为我国药师人才队伍发展建设提供参考与思路。方法:对2000-2009年10年间发达国家药师人才队伍发展情况进行调查与分析,并对比我国此期间的有关数据,总结发达国家药师人才队伍发展特点与经验,进而提出对我国的建议。结果:发达国家药师数量逐步增加,但仍感不足,其中日本药师人口密度最高,为19.5名药师/万人;发达国家药师充分参与临床工作,且已成为节省医疗资源的有效途径;药师人才培养模式正在转型,培养规模迅速扩大;药师人才队伍发展政策逐步配套,管理不断完善。结论:我国应重视临床药学教育,加大服务型药学人才培养;重视药师的临床服务理念,逐步实现临床价值;完善相关配套措施,保障药师开展专业化服务有据可依。
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference and ideas for pharmacist talents development and construction in China. METH- ODS: The development of pharmacist talents team in developed countries was investigated and analyzed from 2000 to 2009, and compared with China. The characteristics and experiences of them were summarized to put forward suggestion. RESULTS: The number of pharmacists in developed countries increased but was not enough, among which the population density of pharmacists was the highest in Japan, with 19.5 pharmacists per 10 thousand people. In developed countries pharmacists participated fully in the clinical work, which had become an effective way to save medical resources. Pharmacist training mode was changing, and the scale of training quickly increased. The support policies for the development of pharmacist talents completed gradually, and the management of it improved constantly. CONCLUSION: We should attach importance to clinical pharmacy education to enhance the service-oriented pharmacy personnel training; focus on the concept of clinical services of pharmacists to realize clinical value of it; perfect the relevant support measures to guarantee the pharmacists to carry out professional services for evidence-based.
