生产特种宣纸的圆网纸机的技术改造

Retrofit Experience of the Cylinder Mould Machine

介绍了生产低档宣纸的原3200型三缸单圆网老式网槽纸机的技术改造情况。改造后,车速由70～90 m/nim提高到250～280 m/nim,日产量由单台8～10 t提高到40～50 t,使生产的特种宣纸产品质量提高。

The retrofit experience of two 3200 type cylinder mould machine equipped with 3 dryers and single mould was introduced. The machine speed from 70 - 90 m/rain before retrofit increases to 250 - 280 m/rain, production of each machine from 8 - 10 t/d increases to 40 - 50 t/d and the product quality is improved.
