摘要
本文分析了氮肥施用对农产品(特别是蔬菜等)造成的硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐的残留状况及对人体健康的影响,氮肥的淋溶和挥发损失对水环境、大气环境的压力及产生的潜在的生态学影响。最后针对以上的情况,从对策上提出了五点看法和建议。
The residual status of nitrates and nitris in the farm products (rxpectally vegetable) and its impact on human health, and the pressure on water and atmosphere environment caused by leaching and volatilizing losses of nitrogen and its latent ecological problems were analysed in the paper. Some suggestions are proposedbased on the above.
