A Review of the Research on Basic Public Service Equalization at Home and Abroad

促进基本公共服务均等化是目前切实改善民生,化解社会矛盾,促进社会公平的现实着力点,也是近年来理论研究的热点。本文围绕基本公共服务均等化的内涵与特性、基本公共服务均等化的范围与实现机制、我国基本公共服务均等化现状及问题、基本公共服务均等化的质量与绩效评估、基本公共服务均等化研究存在的问题与发展趋势等目前学术界研究焦点问题进行文献的梳理,旨在分析该专题研究动态的基础上,进一步挖掘研究空间,激发研究潜力,把握研究前沿。

Nowadays, to promote the basic public service equalization is the main focus for effectively improving the welfare of people, resolving social conflicts and promoting social equality. It also becomes the heat topic of theory research in recent years. This paper reviews domestic and foreign literature around the connotation and characteristics, the scope and realization mechanism, the situation and problems, the quality and performance evaluation and the problems and development trends of basic public service equalization, which aims at further tapping the new worlds of inquiry, inspiring the research potential and understanding the research fronts of this research arear.
