摘要 根据弧齿锥齿轮加工原理,计算推导出弧齿锥齿轮节线方程,以节线方程曲线为齿向轨迹,从而保证齿宽方向齿形的准确性;在Pro/E环境下,介绍弧齿锥齿轮的参数化建模方法、装配、运动分析以及全局干涉检测等步骤,提高不同参数弧齿锥齿轮的三维建模效率,为数控加工中心加工弧齿锥齿轮提供准确的三维模型。 According the machining principle of spiral bevel gear,the pitch line equation of spiral bevel gear is calculated and deduced,using the curve of the pitch equation for the tooth trace to ensure the accuracy of tooth profile along tooth direction width,the parametric modeling method of the spiral bevel gear,assembly,movement analysis and global interference detection are introduced in the environment of Pro/E,the three-dimensional modeling efficiency of the spiral bevel gear which has different parameters is improved,the accurate three-dimensional modeling of the spiral bevel gear for CNC machining center is provided.
