摘要
传动系作为矿用车辆的关键部件,其工作性能对整车性能有着至关重要的影响。介绍了Romax软件在传动系中的应用,并建立了传动系系统虚拟样机,以主动锥齿轮轴为例,进行了静强度校核。结果表明,该方法不仅可以避免代价昂贵的物理样机在系统设计方面的失误,优化零部件的参数设计,也缩短了新产品开发周期,降低了开发成本,为矿用车的设计提供了依据。
Transmission system is a key component of mining vehicles.Its serviceability is a critical influence on vehicle performance.The applications of Romax software in the transmission system is described,and the virtual prototype of transmission system is built,static strength checking of the active bevel gear shaft is carried out.The results show that the method not only avoids the errors of costly physical prototypes in the system design and the design parameters of components is optimized,but also the development cycle of new products is shorened and reduces development costs is reduced,a basis for the mining vehicles design is provided.
