摘要
在烧结法脱硅工序中,采用硅渣做晶种进行常压脱硅,研究在不同的Al2O3浓度、种子添加量和原液αk条件下的脱硅效果,并与拜耳赤泥的脱硅效果进行比较。结果表明,控制原液Al2O3浓度110~125g/L,αk=1.40~1.50,脱硅温度100℃,脱硅时间4h,种子添加量50g/L时,硅量指数可达到300以上。
Silica residue was used as crystal seed for normal-pressure desilication in desilication process of sintering.The desilication effects were investigated with respect to different alumina concentration,seed additive amount and αk of raw liquor.Desilication effects were compared with those of Bayer red mud as crystal seed.The results show that the silica index can be improved up to over 300 under the following conditions including Al2O3 concentration of raw liquor of 110~125 g/L,αk=1.40~1.50,desilication temperature of 100 ℃,desilication time of 4 h,and seed amount of 50 g/L.
