摘要
将铌酸应用于缩醛反应 ,以苯甲醛与乙二醇的缩合反应为探针反应 ,探讨了影响缩合反应的各种因素 ,并得出了铌酸催化苯甲醛与乙二醇反应的最佳条件 :苯甲醛与乙二醇的摩尔比为 1∶ 1 .5 ,环己烷为带水剂 ,环己烷和铌酸催化剂的用量分别为反应物总体积、总质量的 2 8%和 0 .3 6% ,回流搅拌反应 4.0 h,产品苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的总收率为 68.6%。
The niobic acid was applied to catalyze acetal reaction using the condensation of benzylaldehyde with ethylene glycol as probereaction. The effects on the condensation was discussed, the optimal condition was run at reflux for 4 h with 1∶1.5 molar ratio of benzylaldehyde to ethylene glycol and the amount of cyclohexane and niobic acid was 28% (volume), 0.36%(mass) repectively, the total yield of benzylaldehyde ethylene glycol acetal was 68.6%. The stability of the catalyst was also rather good.
