摘要
以正庚醛、硫代硫酸钠和溴代正丁烷为原料 ,合成了正庚醛正丁硫醇缩醛。通过实验得出合成正庚醛正丁硫醇缩醛的较好反应条件为 :硫代硫酸钠∶溴代正丁烷∶正庚醛 =0 .3 0∶ 0 .3 0∶ 0 .1 0 (mol比 ) ,2 m L 浓磷酸作催化剂 ,回流反应 8h。在较好的反应条件下 ,产物收率为 69.2 % ,产物经元素分析和红外光谱证实。
The heptanal butyl mercaptal was synthesized with heptanal, sodium thiosuifate and 1bromobutane as raw materials. The results showed that optimal reaction conditions were sodium thiosuifate∶1bromobutane∶heptanal 0.3∶0.3∶0.1(mol ratio), 2 mL concentrated phosphoric acid as catalyst and reflux reaction time 8 h, the yield was 69.2%, the product were confirmed by elementary analysis and IR spectra.
