中国应对国外反倾销的策略研究

Study on the China's Countermeasure against Foreign Anti-dumping

根据WTO数据统计,中国已经连续17年成为遭遇反倾销调查最多的国家,提起反倾销的国家也从主要的发达国家扩散到发展中国家,案件涉及的产品种类也在不断增加,中国面临的反倾销形势变得异常严峻。这其中,既有全球经济增速缓慢等外部原因,也有国内企业无序竞争等内部原因。政府、行业、企业必须联合起来,各尽其能,共同应对国外反倾销。

According to the WTO data statistics, China has continually being the country which mostly suffers from an-ti-dumping initiations on the world for 17 years. The coun-ties which brought up anti-dumping have been spreading from the developed countries to the developing countries, the sorts of products involved in cases have been increasing constantly, so the anti-dumping situation that China facing have been very rigorous. Among them, there exist not only external reasons such as the slow speed of global economic development, but ＇also internal reasons such as the disorder competition of domestic enterprise. The government, the pro-fession association and the enterprise should combine to-gether; do which they could, so as to cope with foreign anti-dumping.
